Where is the forum description displayed?

In first link you gave me description is displayed after date.

For forum page there is no description in the page I provided you.

So just to confirm, in your theme the forum description isn't displayed anywhere, right?

This is the new forum page I would like.

Link example is where you can put whatever links you previously had on top for views, options, etc.

Board name should be name of site, for example happier abroad. Board name is also the bread crumb trail.
