native html/css ui elements

I want a list of native html/css ui elements. For example I know underline for link is native html. But I don't know if things like dropdowns, buttons, check boxes, radio buttons are native. My idea is that I want attempt to design within this limited range. You can respond with a list or point to some place that explains this.
